Proof of Vaccination required for all in-person BAS students beginning Jan 3, 2022. We will begin requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccinations for all in-person students starting January 3, 2022. If you plan on attending in-person classes for the Spring Term, please upload a photo of your vaccination card to BASinfo@berkeley.net. If you do not have access to to an electronic device you must stop by the Main Office to provide proof of your vaccination status prior to the start of your class. There will be no option for weekly testing as a substitute for vaccination in order to attend in-person classes. Haven’t been vaccinated yet? Please plan on getting your first shot now. Here is a list of places in Berkeley you can get vaccinated for free.
